Delete Your Qorix Markets Account

Open qorixmarkets.com/delete-account, sign in with your account email and password, type DELETE, and submit.

This is the same deletion flow Google Play requires for web-based account removal.

If you have the Qorix Markets Android app installed, you can delete your account directly:

1. Open the Qorix Markets app and sign in.
2. Go to Settings / Profile.
3. Scroll to Delete account.
4. Confirm your email, type DELETE, and submit.
5. You will be signed out and your account will be disabled immediately.

This uses our secure in-app endpoint and is the fastest way to complete deletion.

If you cannot access the app, email privacy@qorixmarkets.com from the email address registered on your account with the subject Account deletion request.

Include your full name and registered email. We will verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.

When your account is deleted, Qorix Markets:

• Disables login and revokes active sessions
• Anonymizes your email address and removes your phone number from the active profile
• Removes your name from the live account record

We may retain certain records after account deletion where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, or financial compliance — for example deposit, withdrawal, and transaction logs.
